Emerald Shores Realty promises to make your property management experience a pleasant one.
The following are services we provide: We advertise our properties for rent on the Armed Forces Housing Network, Local Multi Listing Service (MLS), Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, List hub and several other local and national realty sites. We qualify all potential renters by checking their credit, employment and past housing history. If they are in the military we will acquire a copy of their most recent LES or if employed elsewhere, a copy of their pay stubs. Once a tenant is approved, we will create the lease along with other documents outlining the tenants’ responsibilities i.e. – changing filters, lawn care, renters’ insurance, carpet cleaning, utilities, etc.
