About WENDY HOLLIS

Raised in Las Vegas, NV, Wendy Hollis found her passion for real estate while working with her father’s Contractor business. After buying a couple homes and feeling like her REALTORS ignored her needs and want, she decided to become a REALTOR that would always listen! In 2005, she took the experience from the contracting business along with the passion to help others and became a multi-million-dollar producer in her first year. Buying a home is the most expensive investment in most people’s lives, they need to be represented by someone who not only listens but also provides the information they need to make the right decision for their family.

 

Wendy continued in Real Estate when she relocated to Louisiana from 2008 – 2015. There, she also obtained her real estate broker’s license and ran a successful brokerage until again relocating to New York state. While living in New York, Wendy transitioned to focus on volunteer activities with various non-profit and charitable organizations associated with the US Army, until her next move, which brought her back down south to Florida.

 

Wendy obtained her Florida mortgage loan originator's license in 2019 to further her knowledge and skills when helping others to obtain the American dream of homeownership. Subsequently, she became certified as a Florida Real Estate agent in 2021.

 

Wendy is married to Ed Hollis, who is a retired Army veteran. Ed was stationed at Eglin AFB from 2003 - 2005. He and Wendy decided to move to Navarre in October of 2021 to make it their final move and “forever home”. Together, Ed and Wendy have three daughters, one son and two spoiled dogs. She feels blessed to have her family live in such a beautiful
area and to provide her decade's worth of expertise in Real Estate and Mortgage lending to the local area.
